Our policy lasts 14 days from the the day the goods are delivered to you. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you believe your equipment is faulty, please follow the guidance under Defective Equipment (below).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you need to return goods, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 01142 238080 to obtain a Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) Number. A GRA Number is required in order process a return; please do not send goods back without an authorisation.
Special order and bespoke goods are exempt from being eligible for returns.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition or packaging, or which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your cancellation.
If cancellation is approved your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com quoting the GRA Number.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Defective Equipment (if applicable)
If you believe your equipment has developed a fault that could be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 01142 238080 so that we can understand the nature of the fault. If necessary, we will issue a Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) Number and confirm the return address. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days for inspection and report.
We will then inspect the goods on behalf of the manufacturer and advise you if the fault is covered by the terms of warranty. If so, we will repair or replace the equipment and return it to you free of charge. If not, we will advise you of the cost to repair (if applicable).
You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect them in transit back to us - any damage which occurs in transit is not covered by the warranty.
You must also drain any fuel (petrol, diesel etc.) and oil from the equipment (if applicable) prior to sending it back.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
